LINE COOK$15.11 - $18.00  Full-Time & Part-Time

  • Primary responsibility is to cook the prepared food items in the prescribed method, ensuring proper temperature and presentation.
  • Ensure that proper preparation procedures have been completed
  • Prepare the cooking areas for the shift.
  • Maintain the highest level of food quality and presentation.
 

PREP COOK: $15.11 - $17.00  Full-Time & Part-Time

  • Primary responsibility is to prepare food items for cooking in the prescribed method. Must ensure that all food products have been prepared correctly.
  • Keep a daily inventory of all food items that require preparation.
  • Maintain the highest level of food quality.
 

DISHWASHER: $15.11 - $16.50  Full-Time & Part-Time

  • Responsible for supplying spotless, sanitized dishes to the dining room and clean kitchen utensils and equipment to the cooks, for operating dish machine using appropriate supplies and procedures.
  • Sort and rack dishes.
  • Place clean dishes in appropriate storage areas.
  • Keep dish area and back kitchen clean throughout the shift.
 

CASHIER: $13.00 - $16.00 PLUS TIPS  Full-Time & Part-Time

  • Collect cash, check or credit card from server, or from customer for to-go orders. Make change for cash transactions and receive vouchers for credit card transactions.
  • Handle all incoming phone calls promptly and courteously; transfer calls or take messages as appropriate.
  • To-go orders: accurately and efficiently take, enter, package and present orders to customers.
 

HOST: $13.00 - $16.00 Full-Time & Part-Time

  • Graciously greet and seat guests. As the customers’ initial contact, represent the restaurant by presenting a welcoming, courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Control wait list and communicate wait times to customers.
  • Provide menus to guests and maintain menu cleanliness.
  • Manage special seating requests consistent with table availability.
  • Manage the floor plan with ResyOS
 

BUSSER: $7.25 PLUS TIPS (Up to $18.00/hr potential)

  • To ensure customer satisfaction by being attentive. Assist servers to maintain efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction. In conjunction with Host, work to achieve the timely seating of customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of Front of House including all tables, chairs, floors and service areas.
  • Clear the table, sweep the floor under the tables and set the table for service. Serve water.
  • Return used dishes, silverware, glassware and utensils to dishwashing area.
 

SERVER: $7.25 PLUS TIPS (Up to $30.00/hr potential)

  • Greet customers promptly and take drink and food orders, accommodating special needs/requests as possible. Remain attentive to the customer throughout the entire dining experience.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items and daily specials in order to answer questions and make recommendations to customers.
  • Build check averages with a particular emphasis on drinks, specials and desserts.
